Our pasture-raised lamb is slow-cooked with warming spices, and a medley of beautiful vegetables including eggplant, capsicum and potato. This dish is packed with veg, so simply serve on a bed of couscous or rice for a healing and delicious meal.
Serves 2-3 adults with sides.
Ingredients: Grass-fed Lamb, eggplant potato, onion, red capsicum, dried apricot [sulphites], lemon, parsley, chickpeas, turmeric, cinnamon, clove powder, cumin, coriander, garlic, crushed tomatoes, chicken stock [Sea Salt, Corn Flour, Raw Sugar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Chicken, Tomato, Garlic, Cracked Pepper, Parsley And Nutmeg], apricot nectar
