About Us
Hi, I'm Cinta, founder of Just Nourish.
I'm also a nutritionist and mum of 2 based in Melbourne's north. I started this business to provide families with the service that I needed as a new mum returning to work after my first baby. A meal delivery service that provides wholesome family-friendly meals, taking away the mental and physical load of meal planning and prepping. I work closely with our in-house kitchen team, to create delicious meals that are also backed by evidence-based nutrition.
