Ordering & Process
Place your order on our site by Tuesday 12pm EST for our weekly delivery schedule. Your order will be delivered in insulated packaging by our couriers. You can view our delivery schedule here.
Currently, our meals can’t be customized, but we're always looking to improve and expand our offerings. If there is something you’d like to suggest to us, we’d love you to send your suggestion to hello@justnourish.com.au
Our meals are carefully packaged in compostable or recyclable containers to maintain freshness and quality. Your order will be packed together in a shipping carton with insulation to keep it frozen while it heads to your doorstep.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across most of Victoria, except for a few corners of the state where we unfortunately don't have courier coverage. You can see details of our delivery schedule here.
You or the recipient will receive a text message on the delivery day with a live tracking link if you have entered your mobile number at checkout. You will also receive a text message once your order has been delivered.
No. Our couriers will leave your order at your front door and you will receive a text message to let you know that your order has arrived.
The meals are packed with insulated packaging in the shipping carton, and will stay frozen for up to 3 hours. However, we do recommend freezing your meals as soon as possible after delivery.
Other
Absolutely! Please make a note in the delivery instructions, when you checkout, with the personalised note you’d like us to include in the box for the recipient. Also make sure you include the recipient’s details in the shipping section when checking out. We also have gift cards available if you aren’t sure what to order.
Each meal comes with detailed instructions on storage and reheating to ensure optimal taste and freshness. Generally, our meals can be stored in the freezer for at least 3 months and reheated in the microwave, on the stove or in the oven.
We’ve done our best with our menu to cater to a range of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and dairy free. Our meals are made in a commercial kitchen where traces of meat and allergens such as gluten, dairy and nuts might be present.
