Delivery Information
You can schedule your delivery and view our upcoming delivery dates when checking out.
Our free delivery thresholds and delivery fees are as follows:
Melbourne & Regional Vic: $15 or free delivery on orders over $150
Sydney & Regional NSW: $25 or free delivery on orders over $180 (excludes Northern Rivers region)
Metro Brisbane, Sunshine Coast: $30 or free shipping on orders over $180
Far North QLD: $40 or free shipping over $230
Metro Adelaide: $30 or free shipping over $200
Delivery will be shown and applied at checkout.
Our couriers will deliver your order between 8am and 6pm on the specified day. If you've provided a mobile number in Shipping Details, you will receive a text either the evening prior, or the morning of delivery, with details of when to expect your delivery.
Your order will be delivered with insulated packaging and a cool pack, so if you aren’t at home to accept your delivery, our drivers can leave it somewhere safe, and it will stay frozen for up to 3 hours. We recommend putting your meals in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
