Our beautiful little bliss bites are PERFECT for the whole family. They're nut-free so can be popped in the lunchbox, great as an energy-dense snack for a new mum, or anyone else for that matter. Full of dates, oats, a mix of seeds and just a teeny touch of maple syrup.

Delivered frozen. They can be kept in the freezer and pulled out as you need them, or stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
